Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she quit gymnastics. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she came in third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she having zero expectations. It's not surprising that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up before moving on to working out. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
