April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American model, actress and performer. She has been known for her role as Kandi in the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. The actress is most famous for her roles as Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men and Drop Dead Diva, a show that is a comedy, legal and fantasy. When she began her career as a model, she later moved into the world of film and television. The first time she appeared was on a small screen, as an extra for the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. This came with appearances of individual episodes of other series. In Two and a Half Men she was cast as Kandi. Bowlby's role on screen as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her international recognition. In the American web series Titans in which she starred, she was the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl. In the spin-off of Doom Patrol, she will return to the character. Bowlby has appeared in TV movies like Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen with the feature film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress best well-known for her part as a recurring character on The CBS show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was raised in Manteca. She went to East Union High School. Following her studies in ballet as well as French in Moorpark College, Bowlby decided to pursue an acting profession. She took Drama classes in the class of Ivana Chobbuck. She was offered a major role in a TV show (Kandi for Two and a Half Men) shortly after her Hollywood debut audition. Bowlby appeared in many TV series, including CSI in 2004. She also appeared on CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie in 2005 as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 in the role of Meg. Bowlby's most recent role was Natasha who was a 12-year-old girl who lost her mother in an automobile accident. Bowlby has been cast in the upcoming 2008 comedy movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia. The actress lives in Los Angeles. She has natural red hair and blue eyes. She is not married, and has no children.
