April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American model, actress and singer. She was known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor who is best known for playing Stacy Barrett in the American legal comedy drama/fantasy TV series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in the comedy series Two and a Half Men. The modeling industry was her first profession before she moved into films and TV programs. She was a guest character in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and single-episode roles in several other series, her debut on TV was CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Her breakout part was Kandi, in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has gained worldwide recognition due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the successful show Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role as Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American web-series Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby is also a part of TV films, including Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. In addition to All Roads Lead Home she has appeared in The Slammin Salmon, From Prada to Nada as well as other films. April Michelle Bowlby has been an American actor for over an entire decade. Her most well-known role is for her role as a regular on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was born in Manteca California when she was a young girl and attended East Union High School. In the beginning, before deciding to pursue acting as a profession, she studied French and ballet at Moorpark College. She was a drama student alongside Ivana Chubbuck. She was offered an appearance in a major TV show (Kandi from Two and a Half Men) in the months following her debut Hollywood audition. Bowlby's TV credits include CSI in which she played Kaitlin rackish in the year 2004 CSI: NY as well as CSI: NY in which she played Jenny Lee in 5, Freddie: Sydney as Sydney in 5 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg. More recently Bowlby was cast in the role of Natasha on All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl who loses her mother in an auto accident. Bowlby plays Mia In The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film to be released in 2008. Los Angeles is her home. She is a redhead, with blue eyes. She was never married, and has there are no children.
